Introduction

Welcome to FarezSphere.com ("FarezSphere," "we," "our," or "us"), an independent online travel agency operated by Trip Contrast LLC ("Company").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online flight reservation services, telephone-assisted bookings, travel quotations, car rental reservation assistance, cruise reservation services, travel consultation, and eligible post-booking support.

The terms "Customer," "Traveler," "User," "you," and "your" refer to individuals or organizations accessing our website or requesting or purchasing services.

By completing a booking, authorizing payment, accepting a quotation, or purchasing a professional service after being presented with the applicable terms, you agree to the conditions governing that transaction.

Website visitors are also subject to applicable website-use provisions. Merely browsing the website does not constitute authorization for a paid transaction.

If you disagree with the applicable booking conditions, do not complete the transaction.

These Terms must be read together with relevant transaction-specific disclosures, supplier rules, and other FarezSphere policies.

1. About FarezSphere

FarezSphere is an independent travel services platform operated by Trip Contrast LLC, a United States-based business.

Our services may include:

  • Domestic flight reservations
  • International flight bookings
  • One-way and round-trip flights
  • Multi-city flight booking assistance
  • Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class, and First Class flight reservations
  • Last-minute flight booking assistance
  • Car rental quotations and reservation inquiries
  • Cruise quotations and reservation assistance
  • Travel consultation
  • Eligible post-booking and post-ticketing services

Flight reservations may be completed through our online booking functionality or through our assisted reservation team.

Car rental and cruise services operate through an inquiry and quotation-based process.

2. Independent Online Travel Agency Status

FarezSphere is not an airline, aircraft operator, airport authority, car rental fleet operator, cruise line, or transportation carrier.

We facilitate eligible travel reservations through applicable suppliers and distribution arrangements.

Unless a specific relationship is expressly and accurately disclosed, FarezSphere is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially represented by any airline, car rental provider, or cruise operator referenced through our services.

3. Travel Distribution and Supplier Arrangements

Travel inventory may be sourced or fulfilled through:

  • Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Travel APIs
  • Contracted consolidators
  • Airline ticketing suppliers
  • Travel wholesalers
  • Authorized travel distribution channels
  • Rental suppliers and dealers
  • Cruise reservation suppliers
  • Other eligible travel industry partners

The supplier or operating provider responsible for delivering the underlying travel product may be different from Trip Contrast LLC.

4. Scope of Our Responsibilities

FarezSphere provides the travel agency and consultation services described in the applicable transaction.

Our responsibilities may include researching available travel options, facilitating reservations, communicating material booking conditions, processing authorized transactions, arranging eligible ticket issuance, and providing applicable customer assistance.

The underlying travel provider generally controls its own operational services.

However, nothing in these Terms eliminates Trip Contrast LLC's own contractual, statutory, refund, advertising, or consumer protection obligations.

5. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction.

If you arrange travel for another person, you represent that you have appropriate authority to provide the required information and make the booking.

You must not use another person's payment method without authorization.

6. Bookings Made on Behalf of Other Travelers

Customers making reservations for other travelers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and communicating material booking conditions to those travelers.

Where legally permitted, you represent that you have authority to accept applicable terms on their behalf.

Additional verification may be required.

7. Accuracy of Website Information

We aim to provide accurate and useful travel information.

However, schedules, prices, availability, baggage allowances, supplier conditions, and other travel information may change.

Where information originates from a third party, its accuracy may depend on that provider's systems and updates.

Material information should be reviewed before purchase.

8. Availability of Services

Not all services, travel products, suppliers, destinations, or payment options are available in every jurisdiction.

FarezSphere may decline a transaction where fulfillment is unavailable, legally prohibited, or cannot be completed under applicable supplier conditions.

Any payment already collected for an unfulfilled transaction will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Online Flight Search

Customers may search available flights through www.farezsphere.com.

Search criteria may include departure airport, destination, travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin category.

Search results may display eligible itineraries obtained through applicable distribution channels.

A displayed flight is not guaranteed to remain available.

10. Online Flight Reservations

Eligible flight bookings may be requested through our website.

The customer should review the itinerary, passenger details, fare conditions, and total purchase price before authorizing payment.

A submitted request does not independently guarantee ticket issuance.

11. Telephone-Assisted Flight Reservations

Customers may request assistance with eligible flight reservations by telephone.

Flight Reservations: 1-855-268-9038

Our representatives may help research available routes, dates, airlines, and cabin categories.

Before completing a paid transaction, material booking details and applicable charges must be disclosed.

12. Multi-City Flight Reservations

Multi-city flight bookings are available through assisted reservation services.

These itineraries may involve multiple destinations, airlines, fare components, stopovers, or separate tickets.

Customers should review connection arrangements and applicable fare restrictions carefully.

Multi-City Reservations: 1-855-268-9038

13. Flight Search Results Are Not Guaranteed Offers

Flight search results reflect available information at the time of retrieval.

Inventory and prices may change before the transaction is completed.

A search result, advertisement, preliminary quotation, or incomplete checkout does not guarantee that a particular fare can be ticketed.

14. Customer-Facing Retail Pricing

Trip Contrast LLC determines the customer-facing retail prices offered through FarezSphere in accordance with applicable law and supplier arrangements.

Pricing may reflect inventory costs, contractual arrangements, distribution expenses, operational considerations, and other legitimate commercial factors.

Our retail prices may differ from airline-direct prices, underlying supplier prices, or competing travel agencies.

We do not guarantee the lowest available market price unless a specific promotion expressly provides otherwise.

15. Total Price Disclosure

Before authorizing a purchase, customers will be presented with the total mandatory purchase price as required by applicable law.

Optional services and separately charged professional fees will be disclosed where applicable.

Customers should review the total amount before authorizing payment.

16. Price Changes Before Ticket Issuance

Airfare availability may change before successful ticket issuance.

If the selected fare becomes unavailable or materially changes, FarezSphere may present an alternative itinerary or revised price.

Customers are not required to accept a materially higher price or different itinerary.

Additional payment requiring customer authorization will not be processed without the appropriate approval.

17. Bulk, Negotiated, Private and Restricted Fares

FarezSphere may offer eligible inventory obtained through bulk, negotiated, private, consolidator, or other specialized travel distribution arrangements.

Such fares may have distinct conditions concerning:

  • Voluntary cancellations
  • Refundability
  • Flight changes
  • Ticket exchanges
  • No-shows
  • Baggage
  • Seat selection
  • Travel credits
  • Ticket validity

The actual restrictions applicable to the selected fare govern, subject to mandatory law.

A restricted fare designation does not eliminate legally required refunds.

18. Airline Conditions of Carriage

Airline tickets are subject to the applicable carrier's conditions of carriage and relevant fare rules.

These may govern check-in, boarding, baggage, seat assignments, schedule changes, passenger conduct, pets, and other airline-controlled matters.

Customers should review the relevant airline's conditions before travel.

19. Ticket Issuance

Ticket issuance may be completed through airlines, contracted consolidators, authorized ticketing suppliers, or other eligible fulfillment partners.

Payment authorization and ticket issuance may occur at separate stages.

A flight should be considered ticketed only after successful issuance and receipt of appropriate electronic ticket information.

20. Reservation References and Electronic Tickets

A reservation reference or Passenger Name Record (PNR) may identify a booking within a supplier system.

A PNR alone does not necessarily prove that an electronic ticket has been issued.

Customers should review their final ticket confirmation and report any discrepancies promptly.

21. Ticketing Delays

Certain reservations may require additional supplier verification, payment review, or ticketing processing.

Processing time depends on the applicable transaction and supplier.

Where ticket issuance cannot be completed, the customer will be informed of available options, and any collected payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

22. Flight Schedule Changes

Airlines may change flight times, routes, aircraft, operating carriers, or connections.

FarezSphere may assist eligible customers in reviewing available options.

Applicable refund, rebooking, and passenger rights arising from qualifying airline-initiated changes remain unaffected.

23. Codeshare Flights

Some flights are marketed by one airline but operated by another.

The operating carrier may control check-in, baggage handling, aircraft operations, and onboard services.

Customers should review operating-carrier information before travel.

24. Connecting Flights and Separate Tickets

Some itineraries involve connections or separately issued tickets.

Separate tickets may have different change rules and may not provide the same missed-connection protections as a single through-ticket.

Customers should review connection times, airport transfers, baggage arrangements, and immigration requirements.

25. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels a flight, the customer may have rights to a refund, alternative transportation, or other remedies under applicable law and supplier conditions.

FarezSphere may assist with eligible requests but does not control airline operational decisions.

26. Car Rental Services

FarezSphere provides car rental assistance through an inquiry and quotation-based model.

Customers may request quotations by providing relevant rental details.

Car Rental Reservations: 1-855-269-7004

27. Car Rental Inquiry Process

A rental inquiry may require:

  • Pickup and return locations
  • Pickup and return dates
  • Driver age
  • Preferred vehicle category
  • Additional driver information
  • Other rental preferences

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed reservation.

28. Car Rental Quotations

Rental quotations depend on supplier inventory and applicable conditions.

Rates may change before supplier confirmation.

A quotation may be withdrawn or revised if the vehicle category or rate is no longer available.

29. Car Rental Confirmation

A rental reservation is confirmed only after the relevant supplier accepts the booking and appropriate confirmation is provided.

A preliminary quotation, inquiry, or payment authorization alone does not guarantee a vehicle.

30. Rental Provider Requirements

Rental providers may establish requirements involving:

  • Minimum driver age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Accepted payment cards
  • Security deposits
  • Fuel policies
  • Mileage limits
  • Additional drivers
  • Insurance or protection products
  • Geographic restrictions
  • Pickup and return conditions

Customers must satisfy the applicable supplier requirements.

31. Vehicle Categories

Vehicle images and descriptions may represent a category rather than a guaranteed make, model, year, or color.

A particular vehicle is guaranteed only where expressly confirmed by the rental supplier.

32. Rental Cancellations and No-Shows

Rental cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected provider and booking terms.

A no-show may result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts where permitted.

Applicable supplier charges and separately authorized FarezSphere service fees may apply.

33. Cruise Reservation Services

FarezSphere provides cruise booking assistance through an inquiry and quotation-based process.

Cruise Reservations: 1-855-271-8025

Customers may request information about available sailings, destinations, ships, and cabin categories.

34. Cruise Quotations

Cruise quotations may depend on:

  • Sailing date
  • Cruise operator
  • Ship
  • Departure port
  • Itinerary
  • Cabin category
  • Passenger occupancy
  • Available promotions
  • Supplier conditions

Prices and availability may change before confirmation.

35. Cruise Reservation Confirmation

Submitting a cruise inquiry does not establish a confirmed booking.

Confirmation requires acceptance by the applicable supplier and completion of relevant booking requirements.

36. Cruise Deposits and Final Payments

Cruise operators may require deposits and final payments by specified deadlines.

Customers should review the payment schedule before authorizing a reservation.

Failure to satisfy applicable payment requirements may result in cancellation or penalties under the supplier's terms.

37. Cruise Operator Conditions

Cruise operators control vessel operations, sailing schedules, port calls, cabin assignments, onboard services, and other operational matters.

Their passenger contracts and booking conditions may apply.

38. Cruise Cancellation Rules

Cruise cancellations may result in a full refund, partial refund, loss of deposit, future cruise credit, or cancellation penalties depending on the specific booking terms.

Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

39. Cruise Itinerary Changes

Cruise operators may modify ports, sailing schedules, or itineraries for operational, safety, weather, or other reasons.

Available remedies depend on the supplier contract and applicable law.

40. Independent Travel Consultation

Where available, FarezSphere may provide professional travel consultation for eligible reservations originally arranged through other providers.

This does not automatically give FarezSphere control over another company's booking.

41. Scope of Consultation

Eligible consultation may involve:

  • Reviewing itinerary options
  • Researching available alternatives
  • Explaining fare restrictions
  • Assessing cancellation options
  • Reviewing travel credit conditions
  • Exploring rebooking possibilities
  • Assisting with supplier communications
  • Other agreed travel research or assistance

The exact service scope must be disclosed before purchase.

42. Consultation Fees

Some consultation services may involve a professional service fee.

The applicable fee and service scope will be disclosed before customer authorization.

Fees imposed by airlines or other suppliers are separate unless expressly included.

43. Consultation Outcomes

FarezSphere cannot guarantee that an independent supplier will approve a discretionary refund, waive a penalty, extend a credit, authorize a name change, or provide requested inventory.

Where a fee is charged for consultation, the agreed deliverables and any outcome-dependent conditions must be clearly explained.

44. Consultation and Existing Consumer Rights

Professional consultation fees cannot be used to deny customers legally required refunds or impose charges prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires customers to purchase an optional consultation to exercise a mandatory legal right.

45. Payment Authorization

By authorizing payment, you confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method and have reviewed the material transaction details.

You authorize the appropriately disclosed merchant or payment participant to process the approved transaction.

46. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary by transaction, supplier, and payment processor.

FarezSphere may use eligible third-party payment processing arrangements.

Any payment method offered is subject to applicable authorization and security requirements.

47. Multiple or Split Charges

Depending on the transaction, payments may be processed by one or more appropriately disclosed participants, including Trip Contrast LLC, airlines, consolidators, suppliers, or payment providers.

Where multiple charges form part of a single purchase, the combined authorized amount must correspond to the agreed transaction total.

Any additional charge requiring authorization must be separately approved.

48. Payment Descriptors

The descriptor appearing on a customer's payment statement may reflect the merchant or authorized processing participant.

Customers should review payment confirmations and contact FarezSphere if they do not recognize a charge associated with their booking.

49. Payment Verification

FarezSphere may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized transactions or fraud.

A booking may be delayed or declined where payment authorization fails, required verification is incomplete, or a transaction cannot lawfully proceed.

50. Payment Security

Customers should provide sensitive payment information only through approved and appropriately secured channels.

Do not email complete payment card numbers, card security codes, account passwords, or unnecessary financial documents.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

51. Unauthorized Payments

Customers should notify FarezSphere promptly if they suspect an unauthorized transaction involving our services.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful payment disputes, chargeback rights, or consumer protections.

52. Currency and Foreign Exchange

Where transactions involve different currencies, exchange rates and foreign transaction charges may be determined by the relevant payment network, bank, supplier, or merchant arrangement.

Applicable customer-facing prices and mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by law.

53. Voluntary Flight Changes

Customer-requested flight changes are subject to applicable fare rules, availability, supplier conditions, and law.

Changes may involve fare differences, airline charges, and separately disclosed agency service fees.

54. Voluntary Flight Cancellations

Voluntary cancellation eligibility depends on the selected fare.

Some fares may be refundable, partially refundable, eligible for credit, or nonrefundable for voluntary cancellations.

Mandatory refund rights are not eliminated by fare restrictions.

55. Twenty-Four-Hour Cancellation Rules

Not every booking made through an independent online travel agency automatically qualifies for free cancellation within 24 hours.

Applicable rights depend on the transaction, booking channel, supplier terms, and governing law.

Where a legally mandatory cancellation right applies, it will be honored.

56. Mandatory Airline Refunds

Qualifying airline cancellations, significant schedule changes, and other legally protected events may require refunds.

For covered U.S. transactions, the responsible merchant-of-record and applicable legal requirements determine relevant refund obligations.

FarezSphere will not impose contractual restrictions that override mandatory refund rights.

57. Refund Processing

Refund processing depends on the relevant payment arrangement, supplier, transaction status, and applicable law.

Where required, refunds will be returned through the appropriate original payment method.

Transactions processed through multiple merchants may involve separate refund components.

58. Refund Deadlines

Where law establishes a mandatory refund deadline, that deadline governs.

For qualifying refunds subject to applicable U.S. DOT requirements, the general deadlines include seven business days for credit card purchases and twenty calendar days for other forms of payment.

Other legally applicable deadlines may govern different transactions.

59. Airline Travel Credits

Some reservations may qualify for travel credits subject to airline restrictions.

Travel credits may involve passenger limitations, expiration dates, route restrictions, or fare differences.

A travel credit cannot replace a legally required monetary refund without the appropriate customer choice where such choice is required.

60. Partially Used Tickets

Refunds or exchanges involving partially used tickets depend on the applicable fare rules, remaining ticket value, supplier procedures, and law.

A partially used ticket does not automatically retain a refundable balance.

61. No-Show Conditions

Failure to use or properly cancel a reservation may result in a no-show.

Supplier rules may affect the remaining itinerary, ticket value, refund eligibility, or future changes.

Customers should contact the appropriate provider promptly if they cannot travel.

62. Agency Service Fees

FarezSphere may charge properly disclosed fees for eligible professional services, including certain voluntary changes, exchanges, cancellation assistance, specialized research, and consultation.

Fees must be disclosed and authorized as required before the paid service is performed.

63. Refundability of Service Fees

The refundability of a professional service fee depends on the agreed service, work performed, transaction-specific disclosures, and applicable law.

A fee cannot be retained where doing so would violate a mandatory refund requirement.

64. No Automatic Refund Guarantee

Submitting a voluntary cancellation or refund request does not guarantee a full refund.

The outcome depends on the relevant booking conditions and legal requirements.

Where a mandatory refund is due, that right remains enforceable.

65. Accurate Traveler Information

Customers must provide accurate information, including passenger names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, and contact details.

Incorrect information may cause ticketing delays or travel complications.

66. Name Corrections

Airlines may permit limited name corrections but prohibit transfer of a ticket to another traveler.

Corrections may require supplier approval, documentation, reissuance, or additional charges where legally permitted.

67. Review of Booking Confirmation

Customers should review booking confirmations promptly.

Verify passenger names, routes, travel dates, flight times, and relevant ticket information.

Report suspected errors as soon as reasonably possible.

68. Passports and Travel Documents

Travelers must satisfy applicable passport, visa, identification, immigration, and transit requirements.

FarezSphere does not guarantee entry into a country or permission to board transportation.

69. Visa and Immigration Requirements

Visa and immigration rules depend on nationality, destination, transit arrangements, and individual circumstances.

Customers should verify requirements with appropriate official authorities.

FarezSphere does not provide immigration or legal advice merely by facilitating a reservation.

70. Health and Travel Requirements

Some destinations or providers may impose health, vaccination, documentation, or other travel requirements.

Travelers should consult appropriate official sources before departure.

71. Airport Check-In and Boarding

Customers are responsible for meeting applicable airline check-in and boarding requirements.

Late arrival, missing documents, or failure to comply with airline procedures may result in denied boarding.

72. Baggage Rules

Baggage allowances depend on the operating airline, fare, route, and cabin category.

Some fares exclude checked baggage or certain carry-on items.

Customers should review the applicable baggage conditions before travel.

73. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Baggage

Baggage claims generally should be reported promptly to the operating airline.

FarezSphere may provide eligible assistance but does not physically handle airline baggage.

Applicable baggage rights and carrier responsibilities remain in effect.

74. Special Assistance

Customers requiring wheelchair services, mobility assistance, or other accessibility-related support should communicate their needs through appropriate channels.

Legally required accessibility services must be provided in accordance with applicable law.

75. Traveling with Minors

Children and infants may be subject to specific airline, identification, consent, seating, and travel-document requirements.

Customers should verify relevant conditions before booking.

76. Customer Service Availability

FarezSphere provides access to eligible customer support functions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This does not guarantee that every supplier can complete every request at all times.

Certain matters require third-party approval or processing.

77. General Customer Support

For eligible existing reservations and general inquiries:

Customer Service: 1-855-268-9007

Email: support@farezsphere.com

Customers should provide relevant booking details when requesting assistance.

78. Service Communications

FarezSphere may contact customers regarding inquiries, quotations, bookings, payment verification, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, and other transaction-related matters.

Communications may occur through legally permitted telephone, email, or electronic channels.

79. Marketing Communications

Consent to receive booking-related communications does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

80. Call Recording and Quality Assurance

Where calls are recorded or monitored, FarezSphere must comply with applicable notice, consent, privacy, and recording laws.

Customers will receive any legally required recording notice.

81. Customer Complaints

Customers may submit concerns regarding eligible reservations or services.

Contact support@farezsphere.com with the booking reference, relevant dates, and a description of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from contacting applicable regulators, payment providers, or consumer protection authorities.

82. Permitted Website Use

Customers may use FarezSphere.com for lawful travel searches, reservation inquiries, and other legitimate purposes.

Users must not interfere with website security, impersonate other persons, or submit fraudulent booking requests.

83. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful conduct involving:

  • Fraudulent reservations
  • Unauthorized payment methods
  • Misrepresentation
  • Malicious software
  • Unauthorized access
  • Website disruption
  • Credential theft
  • Deceptive impersonation
  • Other illegal activities

84. Website Content

Original FarezSphere website content, designs, graphics, and other protected materials may be owned by or licensed to Trip Contrast LLC.

Use of the website does not grant unrestricted rights to reproduce protected materials.

Applicable fair use and other legal exceptions remain unaffected.

85. Third-Party Trademarks

Airline, car rental, cruise, and other supplier names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Their use for identification does not independently establish sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

86. External Websites

FarezSphere may link to third-party websites.

Such websites operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Trip Contrast LLC remains responsible for its own legal obligations notwithstanding the involvement of third parties.

87. Website Availability

Website functionality may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, supplier interruptions, or other events.

FarezSphere does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

This provision does not eliminate remedies required by applicable law.

88. Personal Information

FarezSphere may collect and process personal information reasonably necessary for travel inquiries, reservations, payments, customer support, and other disclosed purposes.

Applicable information-handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

89. Information Shared with Travel Providers

To facilitate a reservation, relevant traveler information may need to be shared with airlines, consolidators, rental providers, cruise suppliers, payment processors, or other appropriate parties.

Such sharing is subject to applicable law and the purposes described in our privacy disclosures.

90. Cookies and Website Technologies

FarezSphere may use cookies and related technologies in accordance with applicable law and its Cookie Policy.

Where required, appropriate consent or privacy choices will be provided.

91. Data Security

Trip Contrast LLC is responsible for implementing security measures appropriate to its processing activities and applicable obligations.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely free of security risks.

Nothing in these Terms limits legally required data protection or breach notification responsibilities.

92. Independent Supplier Performance

Airlines, rental companies, cruise operators, and other suppliers control their respective travel operations.

Trip Contrast LLC is not automatically responsible for every independent supplier's operational decision.

However, FarezSphere remains responsible for its own representations, services, contractual commitments, and duties imposed by law.

93. Travel Disruptions

Travel disruptions may arise from weather, strikes, government restrictions, airport closures, operational problems, natural disasters, or other events.

Available remedies depend on the booking terms, responsible provider, and applicable law.

94. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

A party may be affected by events beyond its reasonable control.

Any relief from performance obligations depends on the circumstances, governing law, and applicable contractual provisions.

This section does not eliminate mandatory refunds or other non-waivable consumer remedies.

95. No Guarantee of Supplier Decisions

FarezSphere does not guarantee that an independent supplier will approve a discretionary waiver, refund, upgrade, exchange, or special request.

Any representations concerning a specific service must be accurate and consistent with the actual booking arrangement.

96. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trip Contrast LLC will not be liable for remote or unforeseeable consequential losses arising solely from circumstances for which it has no legal responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, legally non-excludable negligence, mandatory refunds, statutory consumer protections, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Any applicable limitation is subject to governing law and the circumstances of the claim.

97. Customer Responsibility for Misuse

Customers are responsible for losses caused by their own unlawful or fraudulent conduct to the extent established under applicable law.

This does not create an unlimited obligation to reimburse Trip Contrast LLC for every dispute or complaint.

98. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

No provision in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory rights relating to refunds, payment disputes, privacy, accessibility, consumer protection, or other legally protected matters.

Where a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law controls.

99. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer protection or conflict-of-law rules require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory legal protections applicable to customers in other jurisdictions remain unaffected.

100. Dispute Resolution

Customers are encouraged to contact FarezSphere to seek resolution of service-related concerns.

Email: support@farezsphere.com

Nothing in these Terms requires customers to waive access to a regulator, court, payment dispute process, or other remedy protected by applicable law.

Any separate arbitration or forum-selection agreement must be validly presented and accepted to be enforceable.

101. Severability

If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

102. No Waiver

Failure by Trip Contrast LLC to enforce a particular provision does not automatically waive its right to enforce that provision in the future, subject to applicable law.

103. Assignment

Trip Contrast LLC may assign applicable contractual rights or obligations where legally permitted.

Such assignment will not eliminate existing consumer rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred.

104. Changes to Terms

Trip Contrast LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, supplier arrangements, technology, commercial practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on FarezSphere.com.

Material changes will not retroactively remove existing contractual or statutory rights.

105. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable transaction-specific disclosures, supplier conditions, and relevant policies, form the agreement governing the relevant services to the extent legally enforceable.

Where a specific transaction disclosure conflicts with a general website provision, the more specific applicable provision may control, subject to mandatory law.

106. Electronic Communications and Records

Customers may receive eligible confirmations, receipts, itinerary information, and service communications electronically.

Electronic acceptance and records may have legal effect where applicable requirements are satisfied.

107. Language and Interpretation

Headings are provided for convenience.

Words such as "including" are illustrative rather than exhaustive unless the context requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted to create a right for FarezSphere to charge undisclosed fees or materially change an authorized transaction without required consent.
